Cancellation Policy

For Real Estate To lock in the requested date, the customer must pay a $50 deposit. If you are not satisfied with your product you will have 3 days after receipt to request revisions. After 3 days you will incur a $20 charge. Customer has 2 revisions. If the customer is not satisfied with the product Splash Productions will return the customer 50% of the total amount of invoice within 2 months of the receipt of the final product. The other 50% will be kept for the time, equipment, and travel expenses. If change of date is necessary it must be done within 2 days of your event. Within 2 days the customer will incur a rescheduling fee of $15. If Invoice is canceled within 24 hours before the event, deposit will not be refunded. Please allow up to 30 days to be refunded after canceling. To secure the requested date, the customer must pay a 50% deposit of the total amount of the invoice. The remaining balance is due within 2 days. If not able to pay at that time you will be assessed a late fee at $25 a day. After payment is made we will have 7-21 days to return the first version. Customer has 2 revisions. After that there will be a revision fee If the customer is not immediately satisfied with the product. You have 5 days after receipt to request changes. Splash Productions will return the customer 20% of the totaal amount of invoice within 21 days of delivery, if Splash Productions does not fulfill the requirements agreed upon pre-shoot. Other 80% will be kept for the time, equipment, and travel expenses. Date change must be done within 4 days of your event, if not, customer will incur a rescheduling fee of $100. If Invoice is canceled within 72 hours before the event, deposit will not be refunded. Your media may be deleted starting 6 months after your event.
