Cancellation Policy

By submitting a 50% deposit of the total invoice amount, you secure the requested date. The remaining balance is due within 2 days after the shoot ends, with a $25 late fee per day for delayed payments. Upon payment, Splash Productions will deliver the first version of the finished product within 14-21 days. If you're dissatisfied, you have 5 days after receipt to request revisions, after which a $25 charge applies. The format and structure of the final product must be agreed upon before the shoot, either verbally or in writing. Customers are entitled to 2 revisions, after which a $100 fee per revision applies. If unsatisfied with the product, you have 5 days after receiving your media to request changes. Splash Productions will refund 20% of the total invoice amount within 14 days if pre-shoot requirements are not met, retaining 80% for expenses. Date changes must be made at least 4 days before the event, or a $100 rescheduling fee will be incurred. Deposit refunds are not applicable if an invoice is canceled within 72 hours of the event. Allow 14-21 days for refunds after cancellation. This document serves as a legally binding agreement, and both parties are subject to its terms upon deposit payment. Media may be deleted 6 months after the event, so ensure to download all content to an external storage device.
