Cancellation Policy

To lock in the requested date, the customer must pay a 50% deposit. Upon deposit, Splash Productions will provide the proof of photos or video within 36 hours of scheduled shoot The remaining balance is due immediately after editing is completed and you have approved images. Photos will be distributed within 6 hours of completed payment of the invoice. Expect the final version of the video within 3 days. If you're unsatisfied, you have 3 days after receipt to request revisions, after which a $20 charge applies. You're entitled to 2 revisions, with a $25 fee per revision thereafter. If you're still dissatisfied, Splash Productions will refund 50% of the total invoice amount within 2 months of receiving the final product, retaining the remaining 50% for expenses. Any date changes must be communicated within 2 days of the event, or a $15 rescheduling fee will apply. Deposit refunds are not applicable if the invoice is canceled within 24 hours of the event. Allow up to 30 days for refunds after cancellation.
